1. Outstanding Regional Market Performance
Dalian Region: Innovative Project Manager Responsibility System
We launched a new project manager responsibility system for market expansion. Production line technicians were transformed into professional sales roles to deeply explore market demands. After a six-month trial operation, the model achieved great success and was officially promoted for long-term market expansion.
Adopting a refined small-team working mode with 1 senior sales manager and 2–3 sales assistants, the team gives full play to individual advantages and greatly improves market development efficiency.
Shandong Region: Continuous Optimization of Product & Service Quality
Our long-term Shandong distributor has always provided strong support and trust for the brand’s development. They continuously offered valuable and constructive suggestions for product quality improvement and market sales optimization, helping us polish product details and better meet customer needs.
Hunan & Hubei Regions: New Market Breakthroughs
The Hunan and Hubei regional teams demonstrated excellent business development capabilities. They successfully secured large batch orders for water jet cutting machines, opening up a brand-new market segment for the company.
2. Continuous Expansion of International Market
Portable CNC cutting machines have long occupied a stable overseas market share, with an annual export volume of about 400 sets. In 2015, we successfully launched gantry-type and table-type cutting machines into the global market, with an export volume of 50 sets for the year. The steady sales growth fully proves the huge international market demand for Honeybee table-type cutting equipment.
3. 2016 Development Strategy & Innovation Plan
3.1 Upgrade Core Technology to Enhance Product Competitiveness
In 2016, we focused on upgrading core CNC cutting machine technologies, including CNC control systems and THC height controllers. We integrated independent CNC, THC and PLC modules to develop a more professional and advanced embedded control technology.
The upgraded technology makes products more mature, stable and user-friendly. It greatly simplifies complex operational processes, making production, installation, maintenance and user training much easier. The after-sales team staffing requirement has been reduced from more than 20 engineers to only 2, effectively cutting operational and service costs.
3.2 New Product Iteration & Product Line Expansion
At the beginning of 2016, Honeybee CNC launched two brand-new upgraded products:
High-precision Structural Cutting Machine: Equipped with genuine dual-drive axis, it realizes ultra-high cutting speed and precision for structural steel processing.
Special Thin-plate Table Cutting Machine: Customized for advertising industry thin-plate cutting scenarios, with targeted performance optimization.
Meanwhile, the company officially launched laser cutting machines and supporting series products, further enriching our product portfolio.
