  • Our equipment is unique and adopts a sophisticated side-mounted layout. Compared with traditional designs, it greatly reduces the space occupied on the customer’s site, and the site utilization rate soars.
  • The main body of the machine adopts a solid plate welding process, and the internal ribs are welded with a unique mortise and tenon structure, and then tempered, which makes it more stable than usual; with a triangular double-foot support structure, the foot is denser and formed in one piece with the bottom plate, which fundamentally ensures that the bed is as solid as a rock, has first-class anti-deformation ability, and has a higher strength. The innovative transmission and load-bearing separation design, each performs its own function, greatly increases the carrying capacity, and completely isolates the interference of heat conduction.
  • The material table is built with an independent modular concept, which makes it easy and convenient for customers to replace and clean the slag on a daily basis. The crossbeam is made of one-piece high-strength steel beam, which has been tempered and tempered. Even with long-term high-intensity cutting operations, it can be as stable as a mountain without deformation or “bending”. Three sliders are precisely arranged on both sides of the crossbeam base to ensure long-term stable and efficient operation of the equipment. The wear of each slider is reduced, and the service life is significantly extended.
  • The highly sensitive safety gratings in front and behind the beam are like loyal guards, fully protecting the safety of operators when the equipment is moving. The Z axis is equipped with a rack and pinion structure, which integrates precision, rigidity, speed and stability. The upper and lower dust covers are airtight, and dust has no chance to enter.
  • Flexible customization of formats to meet diverse needs; the groove system (9100) has rich optional solutions, secondary groove expands cutting possibilities, and parts can be placed freely after straight cutting and common edge cutting. The positioning camera and contour scanner work together to accurately lock the position and height of parts, automatically compensate for deviations and thermal deformation, greatly increase the utilization rate of plates, and upgrade the cutting speed, cross-section effect, and precision in all aspects. The root size of X and Y grooves is accurate to the millimeter.
  • The straight cutting mode can be equipped with a dual-spot cutting head, which can cut thin plates at lightning speed and thick plates with excellent quality, and the power performance is released to the extreme. Both straight cutting and beveling can be equipped with the Sky Eye system, which can turn scraps into treasures. The scanner can accurately outline and locate, and manual or automatic layout can be switched at will. One-click processing can reduce the cost of plates and significantly increase processing profits.
